This program is for planners who carry luxury, multi-day and destination celebrations, and want imagery that honors their work as much as their couple’s day.

WHAT YOU GET INSIDE THE PARTNER PROGRAM
Below is everything you receive as one of our official planner partners:
✔ PRIORITY ON PEAK DATES
When your couple's date is in demand, your inquiries are reviewed first.
✔ A 10% REFERRAL FEE ON EVERY WEDDING YOU REFER
Every couple you refer who books with The Haus of Grey earns you 10% of their full booked total: their collection, any Film Experience and any add-ons, before tax, travel and rush fees. For example: $1,680 on Director's Iconic with the Director Film Experience, $970 on Luxe Essentials with the Luxe Film Experience, $540 on Evermore with the Evermore Film Experience ($1,000, $580 and $300 on the photography collections alone). Every time, on every wedding.
• The 10% excludes the 9% state and local tax, travel and rush fees.
• It's paid only on money your client has actually paid and we have kept; if a wedding cancels, the 10% applies to any retained deposit.
• Payout is by ACH or Zelle within 14 days of your client's final payment, and a W-9 is required before your first payout.
• Payout timing: as a planner partner, you receive your 10% within 14 days of your couple's final payment. This differs from our couple referral program, where referrers are rewarded after the referred couple's initial payment.
• Your 10% is separate: couples referred by a planner don't also receive the couple referral discount.
Your clients also receive priority on peak dates and the full Haus concierge experience, from Tea Time to their heirloom album.

Director's Iconic Collection, $10,000: 12 hours, led personally by Creative Director King Gray, with the full Director's team (reserved for this collection only)
Luxe Essentials Collection, $5,800 (Most Popular): 8 hours
Evermore Collection, $3,000: 5 hours
Film Experiences: Director $6,800 · Luxe $3,900 · Evermore $2,400
All collections and add-ons are subject to 9% state and local tax.
